Quest Health Screenings with $25 Amazon award --- Returning in 2025!
BSSP is partnering with SISC and Quest Diagnostics for free Health Screenings again in 2025.
The events are available to employees and non-Medicare retirees and their spouse/children aged 18 and over who are enrolled in a SISC+BSSP Medical Plan.
Medicare-eligible retirees enrolled in the CompanionCare Medicare Supplement plan are not eligible for the Quest Health Screening.
Total cholesterol, HDL, blood pressure, pulse, blood glucose, body mass index, and other key biometrics will be checked. The screening will take about 15 minutes and is confidential and protected by HIPAA privacy laws.
An appointment is required for participation. Walk-in appointments will not be available.

How to Register:
Returning users who completed the Health Screening with Quest in 2024 will login and schedule online at My.QuestforHealth.com using the same username and password.
New members will register and schedule online at My.QuestforHealth.com.
- Enter the registration key SISC2025.
- Complete the registration process.
In the Wellness Screening section, you may select the most convenient option for you:
- At a Quest Patient Service Center, OR
- Onsite Events:
- Butte College Main Campus - Center for Excellence
- BSSP's office in Chico
- BSSP Oroville Health and Wellness Center
- Select your preferred date from the options listed in bold, then the time you'd like.
- Click the Confirm button. Your appointment is not scheduled until you click Confirm.
Please note the portal lists other school locations for which BSSP members are not eligible.
Once your Health Screening appointment is completed, you will receive a $25 Amazon award via email within 30 days. Once claimed, Amazon Gift Codes never expire and can be used for anything available on Amazon.com.
New this year!
Members aged 45-75 will be offered the opportunity to order a free at-home colorectal cancer screening kit. Upon order, a screening kit will be mailed to the individual, who will complete the test at home and return it via USPS a pre-paid envelope.
